从设计师到种鸡场管理者 甬90后女大学生华丽变身   脱下铆钉高跟鞋,套上高筒雨靴,俏皮的连衣裙外套上经过严格消毒的蓝色工作服,换身行头只需几分钟,这位摩登室内设计师就“变身”成了传统养殖场管理者。她就是兴龙种鸡场和升慈有机肥有限公司的经营者,90后女大学生胡丹璐。   接手家族企业,返乡养鸡   “我是女汉子,一箱鸡蛋360个,大概有50多斤,我都能一个人搬到运输车上。”如果不是亲眼所见,很难相信眼前这个穿着考究的大眼美女就是种鸡场的经营者。从孵育到销售,她都身体力行地参与。   四年前,刚从大学毕业的胡丹璐进入宁波一家公司做室内设计。她坦言,两年前做出辞职回家接手父亲的养鸡场的决定,心理落差很大。   作为室内设计师,她的工作环境是宽敞明亮的办公室,按照客户提出的要求修改设计方案,朝九晚五,生活充实而有规律。而种鸡养殖除了入冬前为种鸡留出几天换羽时间外,几乎全年无休,披星戴月的作息变成了家常便饭。放弃设计师工作意味着大学里学习的专业将无的放矢,也意味着与城市生活的告别。   小时候,“吃汉堡包”是胡丹璐去养鸡场的唯一盼头。为了哄女儿帮忙给鸡打疫苗,父亲常使出这项杀手锏。但每次工作后,丹璐的手上总会留下被尖锐的鸡爪、鸡喙划伤的痕迹,加上传统的鸡场气味熏人,这份工作显然不受年轻女孩子青睐。   “年轻人爱美、爱玩是天性,但我明白,比享受更重要的是承担责任。”已从事养鸡业28年的父亲现已年过半百,身体不似从前硬朗,种鸡场缺少管理人才,加之传统方法养鸡带来的收益开始下滑,胡丹璐不忍心父亲太过操劳,作为家中长女,她决定接过父亲手中的接力棒,经营种鸡场。   开展网络销售,口碑取胜   种鸡场的传统业务收入来源于苗鸡销售,在胡丹璐接手前,自家苗鸡孵化率已经达到90%以上,平均每天的出栏量已达到18000多只,也有固定的批发商,但随着市场竞争加大,苗鸡销售的利润受到挤压。   孵化率高,说明鸡蛋质量好。相比苗鸡活体运输的不便,通过牢固的包装,鸡蛋可以做到较长路途运输。既然如此,为何不增加鸡蛋销售?   去年开始,胡丹璐用自己的微信作为销售平台,试着用新平台卖起了土特产。   “朋友圈就是记录生活的地方,而我的生活就是培育优良的苗鸡、鸡蛋。把客人当朋友,让他们看到我的生活,才能形成信任。”为积累人气,她尝试做微信营销活动,如今已收获了一批“铁粉”。   宁波的健身爱好者陈翼毅就是忠实客户之一。“用器械练肌肉,身体需要优质蛋白质支持,每天1到2个鸡蛋是必不可少的。”陈先生表示,跟市面上随处可买到的鸡蛋不同,这里买到的鸡蛋肉眼可见蛋白更浓稠,蛋白质的品质也更高,且这些原本是用于孵化的鸡蛋,在母鸡饲养过程中是禁止添加黄粉等色素的,这就保障了食品的安全性。   “小陈介绍了很多健身爱好者,在他们的圈子中,我也是个名人了。”胡丹璐笑着说,现在连杭州、江苏的订单也源源不断,每日限量300枚远远供不应求。“评价是互联网思维中很重要的一点,微信销售不同于淘宝网评价体系,真实的朋友圈好评更容易收获订单。”   变鸡粪为宝,一举两得   众所周知,畜禽养殖曾造成严重的环境污染,尤其是水污染。随着“五水共治”工作的推进,许多不符合规定的畜禽养殖场遭遇瓶颈,纷纷关闭或迁移,传统养殖场转型升级势在必行。   反观胡丹璐家的养殖场,门边就有一条小河流淌而过,但河水清澈,没有发黑发臭的迹象。场内种植着许多景观植物,焕发着蓬勃的生机感,尤其是怒放的山茶花,据场内工作人员介绍,这片山茶常开不败,叶子都落完了,花依然昂立枝头。   为何这里却风景独好?原因就在于胡丹璐将目光瞄准了小时候最厌恶的东西之一――鸡粪。   每天,自家鸡场都要产生2吨左右的排泄物,这曾对周边环境造成了很大的负担。转换思路,周边的农田需要大量肥料维持土地肥力,复合肥残留在蔬果上,对人体有一定的伤害,而有机肥则可以完全被降解。她立刻想到,这臭烘烘的鸡粪其实是被浪费的宝贵资源。   去年,胡丹璐延伸了产业链,注册成立升慈有机肥有限公司。购入烘干装置,开展科学的治理,将每天产生的排泄物通过渠道直接排入烘干装置内,与锯末、米糠等可降解的材料混合,烘干1至2日,形成了干肥料。   “灌进来的是污物,排出去的是肥料。”无污染、无臭气、零排放、良性循环的新型养鸡技术实现了废变为宝,从根源上解决了鸡粪带来的污染问题。   她的这项事业也得到了慈溪农商行的大力支持,今年5月,她获得了慈溪农商行个人创业贷款,享受基准利率,用于扩大经营。   据了解,目前该种鸡场共计投入自有资金800多万元,已成为全市最大的白羽鸡孵化养殖基地。下一步,胡丹璐将规范有机肥生产,打造自己的品牌,扩大网络销售渠道,进一步提高养鸡育苗的自动化程度。   记者孙佳韵通讯员戎文平相关的主题文章:
